SGI-USA accepts the following methods of payment:
Visa or MasterCard credit and Debit cards.
We do not accept cash, checks or money orders.
At this time, we do not offer this service.
Once an order has been placed online, changes cannot be made. Cancellations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee. If you need help with cancelling your order, please email webstore@sgi-usa.org or call 1 800-626-1313, Monday-Friday 10am-3pm Pacific Time.
We are not able to ship one order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each delivery address.
Once your order has been processed, a confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you do not receive the confirmation, check your spam box and also confirm that your email address was entered correctly. We are unable to process international orders at this time.
Media Mail is an option offered for shipping via US Postal Service. It is a special discounted rate applied only to printed material (books), audio-books, pamphlets, CDs and DVDs. Shipment cannot be combined with other goods such as altars, beads, accessories, etc. Media Mail delivery times average 2-14 days (or longer depending on conditions). This service does not include tracking information or insurance in case the shipment is lost or damaged.
You must select USPS if you are shipping to P.O. Box.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information from ecom@states3pl.com via email. If you have an SGI-USA bookstore profile, please sign in to your account to check which purchases are on the way and get to the shipment tracking information.
Returns are accepted within 45 days of receipt of your order. Merchandise must be returned in new condition and original packaging. For returns, please call 1-800-626-1313, Monday-Friday 10am-3pm Pacific Time to obtain a return authorization number.
You can also return your purchase to an SGI-USA Bookstore within 45 days with your receipt.
