SGI Online bookstore offers returns on any items within 45 days of receipt of shipment with the following conditions:

 

  • Items must be in new condition

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Media items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

  • Clothing and accessories must be unworn.

Present order number and date of purchase.

 

Exchanges for a Different Size, Color or Item

This option is available when customers decide they want to make an exchange and willing to pay all the shipping charges.

If exchanged item is higher price, the customer will pay the difference.

Return shipment fees and new shipment fees paid by the customer.

 

 

We may deduct the shipping charges from your original purchase if the order was not the shipper’s error.

If the return is a result of the shipper’s error or because of a defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

 

Cancellations may be subject to a minimum $10 cancellation fee
